Account Manager

Branch Solutions Group is a fast paced small business located in Watkinsville, GA. Our local market has a lot of room for growth, and we are looking for a motivated Account Manager to help see just how far we can go.

Our business has several components. One side of the house is Branch Contractors. This covers everything from commercial construction to insurance claim restoration. We build, remodel, and restore.

The other side of the business is Branch Environmental. We respond around the clock to water, storm, & fire damage. In addition, we deal with environmental issues such as asbestos, lead, and mold.

The Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships in the community and selling our services. Most of your time will be spent connecting with people like insurance agents and contractors. Nurturing ongoing relationships with customers is equally important to bringing in new business. We are looking for someone that loves the challenge of meeting new people and forming authentic relationships.

This person must be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision. The ability to be proactive, prioritize work and handle multiple assignments is a must. We don’t micromanage, and you will be spending a lot of time away from the office.

We also need someone who is ready to get their hands dirty. A typical day may take you from an asbestos abatement, to a boiler room, to a crawl space. The Account Manager will build trust with our customers by being present on the job sites. It keeps the day exciting, and you’ll learn a good bit along the way.

The nature of our work is construction based. That means we pull trailers, utilize heavy equipment, and build things. Having a broad base of applicable skills and believing in your ability to “figure it out” is needed. Being a skilled money manager is essential, and knowing how to add value to our customers and articulate that value to them is an important skill.

This position has a salary range of $40,000 – $60,000 plus monthly profit sharing. It also includes partial healthcare reimbursement and personal time off.
